Rick Ludolph, President and Founder
For more than 35 years, Rick Ludolph has enjoyed a distinguished career as an operations manager, technology executive, and management consultant. Prior to founding Productive Solutions in 2003, Mr. Ludolph served in a variety of executive management, marketing and sales management, and manufacturing and operations management positions.
During the first twelve years of his career, he held industrial engineering, factory management, and operations management positions with a number of sewn-products manufacturers and brands including Manhattan Shirt, Bobbie Brooks, and Catalina. He transitioned into technology sales and marketing, serving in field sales, product management, and regional management positions for Eton Systems, Gerber Technology, and Lectra over a period of seven years. During the next eleven years, he served in senior management positions as Vice President of Marketing at Lectra, President of Assyst-Bullmer Inc., and Executive Vice President of Justwin Technologies Inc.
A respected industry analyst and public speaker, Ludolph is active in industry and professional organizations. He serves as a Director of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA) and is also a past chairman of its Supplier and Resource Division and Enterprise Competitiveness Council. He serves on the Technical Advisory Committee for the National Textile Center (NTC) and is a member of the Sewn Products Equipment Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) and SEAMS, the national association for sewn products. Rick holds a bachelors degree in marketing management.
