Productive Solutions is a highly-effective boutique consulting and services firm committed to providing innovative business strategies, market research/analyses, actionable advice, and measurable results in the areas of management consulting, marketing, business development, and advanced technology.

Productive Solutions differentiates itself by providing a straightforward, objective and practical solutions through a superior business partnership. In contrast to the one size fits all approach of large firms, we assign only highly experienced industry professionals with the expertise to deliver personalized advice and services. To ensure objectivity in technology selection and all other projects, we advocate for and are compensated only by our clients (and not third-party vendors).

Our team of consultants and subject matter experts leverages deep industry experience to deliver highly specific and relevant solutions for an international client base of apparel, fashion, industrial sewn products, consumer goods, and related industries.

Based in Marietta, Georgia, Productive Solutions was founded in 2003 by industry veteran Rick Ludolph.

Rick Ludolph President Productive Solutions

Rick Ludolph, Founder & President

For more than 40 years, Rick Ludolph has enjoyed a distinguished career as a management consultant, technology executive, and operations manager. Prior to founding Productive Solutions, Mr. Ludolph served in a variety of executive management, marketing and sales management, and manufacturing and operations management positions.

During the first twelve years of his career, he held industrial engineering, factory management, and operations management positions with several sewn-products manufacturers and brands including Manhattan Shirt, Bobbie Brooks, and Catalina. He transitioned into technology sales and marketing, serving in field sales, product management, and regional management positions for Eton Systems, Gerber Technology, and Lectra over a period of seven years. During the next eleven years, he served in senior management positions as Vice President of Marketing at Lectra, President of Assyst-Bullmer Inc., and Executive Vice President of Justwin Technologies Inc.

A respected industry analyst and marketer, Rick is active in industry and professional organizations and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management.
